Q: What is Raise My Game? 

A: Raise My Game provides online strength and conditioning programs designed specifically for football players and teams in Australia. We offer science-backed workouts, personalised coaching, and a user-friendly mobile app to help you elevate your performance and reduce injury risk.

Q: Who are your programs for? 

A: Our programs are designed for youth, young adult, and adult soccer players of all levels, from amateur to professional. We also offer team-specific programs for academies and clubs.

Q: What are the benefits of online strength and conditioning? 

A: Online training offers flexibility, affordability, and accessibility. You can train anytime, anywhere, with expert guidance and personalised programs delivered through our mobile app.

Q: Do I need any special equipment? 

A: While some workouts may require basic equipment like resistance bands or dumbbells, many can be done with minimal or no equipment. We can also adapt programs to your available resources.

Q: What is the difference between Player Core and Player Pro? 

A: Player Core is our foundational individual program, providing science-backed workouts, sport-specific training, and performance tracking. Player Pro is our premium program, offering advanced performance analysis, direct coach access, and enhanced sports science integration.

Q: How does the team program work? 

A: Our team program offers affordable online strength and conditioning for your entire squad. It includes science-backed workouts, injury prevention, and performance tracking, all accessible through our mobile app. Team Pro adds enhanced individualised training within the team setting.

Q: Are the programs age-appropriate for youth players? 

A: Yes, we offer age-appropriate workouts designed specifically for the developmental needs of young soccer players, focusing on safety and effectiveness. Coaches specialise in youth specific strength & conditioning and hold Working with Children cards. Players aged below the age of 18 will need parental consent. Players below the age of 16 are advised to have support from a coach or guardian; this support person can be guided by Raise My Game.

Q: How often are the workouts updated? 

A: Workouts are periodized and adjusted based on your progress, goals, and feedback from your coach. 

Coaches:

Q: Who are your coaches? 

A: Our coaches are experienced strength and conditioning professionals with expertise in football-specific training and sports science. Qualifications held by coaches are a Sports Science Degree, plus a Certificate 4 in Fitness, additional coaching qualifications that typically include, Masters, Diploma of Sport (coaching), football specific coaching qualifications and are Australian Strength Conditioning Association (ASCA) accredited and registered. They must also hold a Working with Children card.

 

Q: How often do I communicate with my coach? 

A: Communication frequency varies depending on your program. With Player Pro you can get daily access. All programs include weekly check-ins with players or coaches.

 

Q: Can I get personalised feedback on my technique? 

A: Yes! Our app allows you to record your exercises and submit them for coach evaluation and personalised feedback.

Q: What features does the Raise My Game app offer? 

A: The app platform we use is via Teambuildr and provides access to your personalised workouts, exercise videos, progress tracking, wearable data sync, performance reports, and direct communication with your coach.​

 

Q: Is the app available for both iOS and Android? 

A: Yes, our app is compatible with both iOS and Android devices.

Q: Do I need a phone or device to use Raise My Game?

A: You will need access to a device such as a mobile or tablet to effectively use Raise My Game.

Q: How much do your programs cost?

Q: Do you offer free trials? 

A: Yes, we offer free trials for some of our individual player programs. For team programs please contact us.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

Q: What is the duration of the plans?

A: They are weekly and can be cancelled or paused after any duration.

Q: Can I cancel my plan?

A: Yes, just provide us with at least 6 days notice to cancel the next scheduled payment.
