Level 1 (Beginner, Ages 8+): Designed for those new to structured strength training. Focuses on safe movement fundamentals.
Level 2 (Intermediate): For those who have done some basic strength training. Focus is on progressive loading and technical refinement.
Level 3 (Advanced): For those with experience in fundamental strength exercises. Focus is on performance and advanced skill integration.
Your Coach - Neil Odell
Led by Neil Odell, a certified Strength & Conditioning coach with over 25 years’ experience in sports science, fitness, and coaching education. Neil holds multiple qualifications (BSc Hons, Diplomas in Sport & Fitness, ASCA certified, Blue Card) and is passionate about helping young athletes train safely and perform at their best.
