Tuesday 3rd February – Tuesday 24th March

Age Groups: 8 to 15 years (Boys & Girls welcome)

Capacity: Strictly limited to the first 20 players. Registrations close immediately once filled.

Football Sessions Location: Indoors at Baringa Secondary College (FIFA-Grade Futsal Court)

Strength & Conditioning Sessions Location: UFIT Caloundra (Weeks 3 & 8)

Program Coaches
Neil Odell - Raise My Game
Neil is a highly experienced and passionate strength and conditioning coach and sports scientist with more than 25 years of experience in athletic development. He has worked with a wide range of athletes, from professional and Olympic competitors to grassroots and youth-level players, with a specialised focus on strength & conditioning for youth football. Neil's extensive background includes roles in sports science, fitness, sports coaching, and lecturing, where he has taught and mentored other coaches. His qualifications include a BSc (Hons), a Diploma in Sport/Coaching, a Diploma in Fitness, and Australian Strength & Conditioning Association (ASCA) certification. With a deep understanding of athletic development and a passion for football, Neil is dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential.
Louis Chaperon
Louis’ extensive background includes roles as Head Coach of the Sporting Schools Program (QLD), approved provider for Football Australia’s MiniRoos coaching courses, and founder of community-based programs such as Kicks for Kids. He has also designed and delivered long-term player development programs, holiday camps, and inclusive football initiatives, with a strong emphasis on motor skills, teamwork, and creating a fun, supportive environment. His qualifications include an AFC A Licence, UEFA B and professional coaching experience in both the UK (Charlton Athletic) and Australia (Central Coast Mariners). With a deep commitment to both player development and empowerment, Louis is dedicated to helping every player, reach their full potential through the game of football.
Anyetta Southwell
Anyetta brings 20 years’ experience in the health, fitness and wellness industry as a Health & Nutrition Coach, Pilates Practitioner, Personal Trainer and Breath Work Facilitator. CORE & SOUL WELLNESS has had the privilege of assisting numerous people of all ages and from all walks of life to achieve optimal health and conditioning with my holistic health approach. From high level athletes to everyday people just wanting to feel better, the nutritional guidance is straight forward, supportive and successful in seeing people achieve their health and fitness goals.
